We can all relate to the term “emotional baggage”. We understand that this can hold us back in many areas of our lives. It isn’t just emotions that can become trapped in the body. We can also inherit a blueprint which holds past memories of illnesses, traumas and events that have happened not only to yourself, but to others and family members around you. This causes a distortion in your energy field that can lead to ill-health, depression or a feeling of being unfulfilled. Scientifically, we know everything is made of energy, and this energy can be manipulated and changed. Beth uses a very simple technique to manipulate energy to create more positive emotions and release trapped emotions, pathogens and other things, which may hold us back.
Beth Foley is the Founder and Owner of Balancing Emotions and Both Feet First. She has been a Holistic Practitioner since the 90’s, after a near-death experience during child-birth inspired her to experiment with alternative ways to improve her health. This led Beth to learn Reflexology, Reiki, and EFT, and then to the Emotion Code and the Body Code by Dr Bradley Nelson; She is a qualified trainer of the Balance Procedure.
